Ronald C. Kohls, EA, MBA President rkohls@comcast.net	Ron has been in practice for himself since 1987. Prior to being in practice for himself he was corporate controller and tax manager for a trucking company in Minneapolis. He has his BSBA degree in accounting with honors from Roosevelt University in Chicago and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He passed the EA exam on the first try in 1996. Ron and his wife Sheila have two grown sons and four grandchildren. In his spare time he likes to travel, garden and ride either his motorcycle or bicycle. History of Enrolled Agents

Mark E. Kohls, EA Tax Consultant mekohls@comcast.net	Mark spent one tax season preparing taxes for H&R Block before joining his father's practice in January 2007. Prior to that, Mark worked for a company in Minnetonka, that is a third party processor of Electronic Funds Transfers, for six and a half years first in sales and marketing and then as a programmer. Mark graduated, with honors, from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN with a double major in Business and German. Mark and his wife Kristan have two boys. Mark enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family.
